Protein supports hair structure. Iron and zinc strengthen the roots. Omega-3 fats keep the scalp nourished. Vitamins such as A, C, E, and biotin help reduce breakage and improve texture.

Along with good nutrition, regular meals, adequate sleep, and stress management, these factors play a significant role in maintaining healthy hair.

In addition to minimising heat exposure and applying a heat protectant, maintaining a healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals can also support hair health. Regularly trimming your hair helps prevent split ends, and incorporating hydrating hair masks can nourish and rejuvenate your strands.

Eggs

Eggs are a great source of high-quality protein and biotin. These two nutrients are key to hair growth, strengthening hair and helping prevent breakage.

By including eggs in your diet a couple of times a week in any form you prefer, you strengthen hair and promote healthy hair growth.

Nuts and Seeds

Spinach
