In today’s scheduled 16th match for the T20 World Cup 2026 Day 6, Sri Lanka defeated Oman by 105 runs.
Sri Lanka decided to bat first and posted 225/5. Now call it a sturdy performance of their bowlers, who posed a big challenge for Oman batters and prevented them from chasing the target.
Lankan bowlers knocked out Oman at 120/9, clinching victory for Sri Lanka. Pavan Rathnayake was declared ‘Player of the Match’.
