Dhurandhar 2 Joins $80M Club, Now #2 Worldwide

Aditya Dhar’s directed spy action film Dhurandhar: The Revenge is at its peak of success, earning more in its opening weekend than any Bollywood film as of now.

Its record-breaking pace has already made it one of the highest-grossing films in Bollywood history.

Dhurandhar 2 Worldwide Collection

The Ranveer Singh-starrer Dhurandhar is surging ahead in its record-breaking spree, with a Rs 2.5 million premiere, considered the most remarkable in Indian cinema.

Since then, it has collected $4 million or more internationally. Despite not being released in Gulf countries, as was the case with its first part, Dhurandhar 2’s performance has been exceptional, minting millions of dollars globally.

Post Sunday, the film has earned $22 million overseas in its opening weekend.

Dhurandhar 2 Latest News: $9.6M US debut puts film at #3 in North America

According to Box Office Mojo, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has earned $9.6 million, ranking third in North America over the weekend.

It is just behind the two top western films, Project Hail Mary ($80 million) and Hopper ($18 million).

Earning #2 Ranking Worldwide

Gaining international fame, Dhurandhar 2 has made a tremendous mark in its home country, India, minting Rs 542 crore gross in the first four days.

With three Rs 100-crore days, the movie has made history in Indian cinema, earning $80 million worldwide in its opening weekend, including $56 million from Friday to Sunday.

Generating $80 million in its opening weekend ending March 22, Dhurandhar's sequel has earned the position of the second-highest-grossing film worldwide behind Ryan Gosling’s science-fiction drama Project Hail Mary.

Despite not being released in India, the film still grossed $140 million worldwide that weekend. It has earned second position, surpassing Hoppers, Ready or Not 2, and Scream 7.

Now it is rushing to meet the $100 million target and could make the year’s top 10 movies. As of now, Send Help is in 10th position with $93 million.

Now, if you ask for Dhurandhar 2-Day 5 collection, it has minted ₹3.13 crore net across 4,829 shows.

Dhurandhar: The Revenge Cast: Is Akshaye Khanna Still In It?

Dhurandhar: The Revenge is a continuation of the 2025 blockbuster Dhurandhar, which starred Ranveer Singh in the lead role.

Besides him, the movie also includes other noted talents, including R Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi, Danish Pandor, Sara Arjun, and Sanjay Dutt.

Not revealing spoilers, you need to watch the film and understand the story of Ranveer Singh’s character, which left fans with a mystery in the movie’s first part.

Regarding Akshaye Khanna, who outshone his fellow co-stars in 2025 Dhurandhar with his intense acting of Rehman Dakait, will appear in a cameo this time, as his character has died in the first part.

The rest of the actors will reprise their roles from Dhurandhar to Dhurandhar: The Revenge.
