​The footage was part of a ‘Ramzan vlog’ by Arbaaz Khan, featuring Zakir in a private room at Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai.

​Despite his hospitalisation, Zakir was able to watch the India vs England Cricket World Cup semi-final last week with family and friends.

​Asked about the match by Arbaaz, Zakir replied, ''Match abhi fasa hua hai.''

Fans Express Concern for Zakir Khan

Naturally, after seeing images of their favourite stand-up comedian in the hospital, many fans expressed concern for his health. One asked, “Kya hua Zakir Khan ko?”

Zakir Stated Taking Break From Humour

Prior to the hospital appearance, Zakir had mentioned plans to take a break from comedy.

​He made this declaration during a live show, part of his ongoing Papa Yaar tour in Ahmedabad. Addressing the crowd in the auditorium, Zakir revealed that he would be taking an extended break, possibly lasting until 2028, 2029, or even 2030, after completing his current tasks.

He explained that his decision was driven by the need to focus on health and personal matters.

​Reiterating his plans on Instagram, Zakir shared that all his shows until June 20 will serve as special celebrations.
