BSF Recovers Pakistani Drones

Recently, BSF troops have recovered a Pakistani drone (DJI Mavic 3 Classic - Made in China) from Village Wan, district Tarn Taran, Punjab.

They detected it while conducting their routine surveillance and area domination operations. These recovered drones are mainly from border areas, mainly Punjab.

The suspected use of these drones are mainly for dropping narcotics and other illegal items across the border.

The timely intervention of BSF troops helped prevent a major security breach.

This is not the first time that the BSF (Border Security Force) has intercepted daily attempts at cross-border smuggling.

According to officials, the recovered drones are often commercial models, including the DJI drones. They are mainly used for smuggling activities.

BSF Increases Night Patrolling

The sudden activity in Punjab has prompted the BSF to increase night patrolling, technical surveillance, and cooperation with local police to help counter such threats.

The force will make the best use of radars, night-vision devices, and even drones to track and stop suspicious aerial intrusions.

Despite smugglers' repeated attempts, BSF continues to stay alert and effective in keeping a vigilant eye on their activities, for protecting the border.

BSF recovering the illegal drones is evidence of their strong commitment to national security and their attempts to counter cross-border crimes.

BSF Requests Citizens to Stay Alert

The Border Security Force has requested that citizens in border areas stay alert and report any suspicious activity immediately, as in the recent case.
