EC Quashes Allegations Of Voter Theft By Rahul Gandhi

In the recent Rahul Gandhi press conference, the Congress leader made serious allegations against the Election Commissioner of India, Gyanesh Kumar, for shielding voter fraud. In response to the statement, the poll body termed it baseless.
According to EC, the removal of any voter from the polls without due process is not possible. In response to his allegation regarding the Aland constituency in Karnataka, the EC stated that there have been unsuccessful attempts to delete voters fraudulently in 2023.
EC also stressed that there has been a positive outcome in voting in the Aland Constituency. Subhadh Guttedar from the BJP emerged as the winner in 2018, whereas in 2023, it was BR Patil from Congress.

Launching a sharp attack on CEC Gyanesh Kumar, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi made a serious allegation against him. According to him, he has supported vote theft and overlooked it. He (Rahul) further said that such practice is responsible for putting a dent in Indian democracy.
The Congress leader claimed that the use of automated software encouraged large-scale voter deletions across the country. Rahul cited examples from the Aland and Rajura constituencies in Karnataka and Maharashtra.
No Information Shared by Poll Body
As per the claims made by Rahul Gandhi, for the past 18 months, no necessary action on the technical details of voter deletion activity was taken by the poll body. Despite repeated written requests to the Election Commission. It need not find it necessary to share the information.
The Congress leader held the EC responsible for keeping a blind eye to it. Moreover, it appeared to be protecting those who have no shame in mocking democracy. Adding more to his comment, Rahul warned about the hydrogen bomb that would explode and reveal the evidence of vote theft.
Rahul is Frustrated: BJP MP Anurag Thakur
Reacting to the allegations during the Rahul Gandhi press conference, BJP MP Anurag Thakur said the Congress leader is frustrated and is making useless and baseless comments. It has become a routine for him to get reprimanded by the court. BJP MP also mentioned that under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi, Congress had lost 90 per cent of the polls.
