The India AI Impact Expo 2026 is taking place alongside the India AI Impact Summit today in New Delhi.
It will serve as a platform to showcase the widespread use of AI.
The event will feature 300 curated exhibition pavilions, live demonstrations, 600 startups, and 13 country pavilions.
The Expo will unite technology companies worldwide, startups, research institutions, international partners, academia, and central and state governments.
Inviting tech leaders worldwide to India to share their expertise, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has posted on X, saying ‘’It is a matter of immense pride for us that people from across the world are coming to India for the India AI Impact Summit. This also reflects the potential and capability of our country’s youth.
He added that this occasion is evidence of India’s rapid progress in technology and science, contributing to significant global progress.
In another post on X, PM Modi revealed the theme of the Summut: Sarvajana Hitaya, Sarvajana Sukhaye (Welfare for all, happiness for all), indicating an objective to use artificial intelligence for the benefit of all.

AI Takes Centre Stage For Road Safety and Employment
The event will open on Monday, February 16, with an emphasis on AI for road safety, featuring data-driven solutions to improve road safety in India.
The first day will highlight the significant impact of artificial intelligence on this matter, with experts’ participation from the Ministry of Transport, IITs, and diverse sectors.
The session will focus on a data-driven approach to identifying accident causes, estimating risks, and introducing safer initiatives.
A discussion of practical AI solutions for safe driving, driver training, and local-level models will also be part of this AI Summit in New Delhi.
It will show how AI technology is expected to improve public road safety. There will also be a leadership session on harnessing AI for learning and work.
