Why Firing on Tiger Shroff? Collecting the key details of the incident, actor Tiger Shroff was attacked on 18th October, Sunday evening, by three unidentified assailants who came on motorbike. When the actor was in his BMW car, near Juhu’s Pushpa Narsee Park in Mumbai, he was attacked by three men from close range.

Yes, the actor was lucky enough in getting unhurt. As per reports, it all happened after his return from a club where he played football. Even though Shroff escaped without receiving any bullet wounds, his driver Firdaus did get injured. Besides him, the other bystanders and an autorickshaw driver also sustained injuries.

Claim By Lawrence Bishnoi Gang

Tiger Shroff Firing Reason: The group behind the attack on actor Tiger Shroff is said to be from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Shortly after the gunshot incident, came social media posts and audio messages in which individuals who claimed their link with the latter crime group. Their names were Anil Pandit and Harman Sandhu.

Based on the surfaced audio message, they issued a strict warning to people in the Bollywood film industry: if they found anyone associated with actor Salman Khan, he or she would surely become the next target.

Their warnings are evidence of prior killings and attempts against prominent figures, including Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, politician Baba Siddiqui, Karni Sena chief Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, comedian Kapil Sharma, actor Saif-Ali Khan, action director Rohit Shetty, and stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui.

Tiger Shroff Firing Reason: Among the public figures mentioned above, Baba Siddiqui, a politician was killed on 12th October 2024 at the age of 66 shared a close rapport with the actors from Bollywood industry who were often spotted with him at events. He is known to have been the person who resolved the long-time rift between Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan in his Iftaar party.

Besides these two popular Khans, Siddiqui also shared a good bond with other prominent stars including Sanjay Dutt. During his lifetime, Siddiqui did some noble work in providing medicines to the people affected with Covid-19 in Mumbai. He was even looked up as an ‘Angel for Poor’.

However, despite his noble nature, he was killed by Bishnoi Gang which was a warning for those associated with Salman Khan. It all happened when the actor was shooting for the 1998 film Hum Saath Saath Hai, which also starred Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Karishma Kapoor, Mohnish Behl, and Sonali Bendre.

It says that, by killing the blackbuck, actor Salman Khan hurt the religious feelings of the Bishnoi Community, with which Lawrence Bishnoi is associated. After the killing of the deer, he and his Bishnoi community wanted an apology from the Bollywood actor for dishonoring their religious sentiment. There was a failed attempt to kill Salman Khan during his previous court appearance in 2018.

Further Threats & Shootings by Lawrence Bishnoi Gang

After failing to kill Salman Khan during his 2018 court appearance, the threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang continued with warnings and letters that further escalated into violence. Bishnoi made another attempt to kill Salman with gunshots outside his Bandra residence in April 2024.

Since then, the gang has been threatening to kill anyone whomsoever they find sharing a friendly bond with Khan. The warning was not mere an eyewash, it came with the killing of Baba Siddiqui who was his close friend in October 2024. There have been other celebrities who have experienced death threats.

The recent Tiger Shroff incident is another serious warning for those still working with Salman Khan. According to law enforcement agencies, this gang willfully wants to be in the news, engage in extortion, and lay the foundation for their criminal dominance in Mumbai.
