Sooryavanshi finished the series with his highest international score in the last game.

With these two important innings, he became the first player in men's T20I history to score more than one half-century before turning 16.

Engineer said Gill is currently the best batter in the Indian team and thinks he would do even better at No. 4.

He also believes that opening with Rohit Sharma and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, a left-right combination, would work well in ODIs. Engineer added that Virat Kohli should stay at No. 3.
