FWICE said that Excel Entertainment filed a complaint in April, stating it had signed a three-film contract with Singh. The producers also requested compensation for the large pre-production costs incurred before Singh left.
Criticising sudden exits by actors, the film body stated that the film industry functions as a united family, where all crafts and departments work together for a project’s success.
