On Tuesday, Ranbir and Alia went to a special screening of Daadi Ki Shaadi in Mumbai. Ranbir wore a teal polo shirt and light beige trousers. Alia picked an all-black outfit with a structured shirt, wide-legged pants, small hoop earrings, and a black shoulder bag.

Videos from the event have appeared on social media. In one clip, Ranbir looks upset as photographers gather too closely around them.

He was seen stepping out of their car. The video shows Ranbir and Alia getting out of their car as photographers gather closely to take pictures. 

Ranbir Kapoor Angry at Paps: Ranbir looks unsettled and asks the paparazzi to move back. Then, he is seen requesting space so they can move aside and pose more comfortably, eventually shifting to another spot for pictures. Ranbir was heard saying “Aap logon ko photo chaiyeh… Chalo.’’ (You want photo, then come.’’)

After this, the photographers are heard, the photographers can be heard telling each other to step back, saying, “Peeche hat peeche.’’

Many social media users supported him and questioned why photographers do not keep a respectful distance from celebrities.

Ranbir Kapoor latest news: Both the couple will soon appear in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War, which also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal. This is Alia's second film with Bhansali after 2022's Gangubai Kathiawadi, for which she won a National Award for Best Actress.

Confusion arose over the release date of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War, initially set for 2025 but announced in 2024.

Produced by Namit Malhotra, this ambitious two-part film reportedly has a budget of ₹4,000 crore.

The beginning part of the film will be released in Diwali this year, whereas the second installment will follow next year (2027) in Diwali.

Daadi Ki Shaadi is a full  family entertainer with chaos, secrets and much. Directed by Ashish it stars Neetu Kapoor, her daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, comedian Kapil Sharma, Tejaswani Kolhapure (daughter of veteran actress Padmini Kolhapure) and Sadia Khateeb. The film will hit the screens on May 8, 2026.
