The horror of 26/11 is there, but it is not used merely to create a sensational effect. This decision ensures that the focus remains on the people.
Bharat Bhagya Vidhata is a film that is worth watching. It is a tribute to the ordinary citizens who kept the city going while everything else around them was falling apart.
